The Rig
Ouses is a Ford Ranger XLT with a useful advantage over a conventional packed loadbox: its Alu-Cab canopy includes a built-in kitchen. That makes it more independent when the plan is to stop, cook, and move on without needing a trailer or a separate camp-kitchen setup.
When a larger camp is needed, Ouses is paired with a customised Jurgens XT 140 trailer. The Ranger and trailer combination gives the group both a practical tow vehicle and a dedicated base once camp is established.
Kitchen-Ready Travel
The built-in canopy kitchen changes the rhythm of a road trip. Rather than unpacking the cooking gear at every stop, Ouses can be used for a quick roadside meal, a day out exploring, or a self-contained overnight with the essentials already in the vehicle.
Like the other Ranger setups, it is comfortable over distance and useful on the dirt roads that connect the destinations. Adding the Jurgens expands the camp without taking away the ability to unhook and continue exploring.
